Hello. All is well. God is love.

A week ago, on a walk, it started raining, and a kind lady picked me up. Chatting about, I learned her son is an author. How exciting. Curious as I am, I had to know a title.

I'm now reading "Albin and the Guardians" by Luke Quane.

It was the first time in a long time that I had been excited for a book to arrive. It wasn't simply a book on a must-read list but from a genuine human connection. There's something special about that which creates deeper meaning.

While my usual fiction reading ranges from Winnie the Pooh to Fahrenheit 451, I adore this book and read a chapter or two in the evening. I'm about halfway through, but I won't spoil anything. That'd be no fun.
